Student Authorization
By accepting these conditions, the student authorises GyanTaal to:
A. Documentation & Application Processing
- Complete and submit admission forms
- Upload & verify academic documents
- Deposit University Fee only after student confirmation
B. University Communication
- Coordinate admission status and updates
- Receive official university communication
- Assist in enrollment ID and admit card generation
C. University Academic
GyanTaal guides students for assignments, exam forms, re-registration, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
A. GyanTaal Institute’s Role
- Admission facilitation
- Documentation support
- Communication of fee details & notices
B. University’s Role
- Curriculum & syllabus
- Teaching delivery
- Examinations, results, degrees
- ABC ID generation
C. Student’s Responsibility
- Attend classes
- Complete assignments
- Appear for examinations
- Follow academic guidelines
Documents & Pending Dues
GyanTaal may temporarily hold documents if pending dues exist...
Refund Policy
Refund is applicable only when:
- Cancellation within 7 days
- No university form submitted
- No GyanTaal service has started
Non-Refundable Situations
- Verification call done
- Document checking done
- Form filling done
- Login or study material setup done
University Fee
Once deposited, university fees follow UGC & university refund rules.
Delays from University
Delays in exam dates, results, marksheets, degrees are under university control.
Student Declaration
- Understands University Fee vs Service Charge difference
- Acknowledges GyanTaal is a facilitator
- Accepts refund rules
- Authorises GyanTaal for full course duration
